Subscriptions renew according to your plan terms unless canceled before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or written agreement.
You are responsible for your own regulatory obligations. PracticeCtrl provides tools and workflows but does not replace legal or compliance counsel.
No unlawful activity, abuse, or attempts to disrupt service. We may suspend accounts for violations.
Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 3 months.
